Kinderkick classes for ages 4 to 7 are on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings. Our kinderkick students practice drills to build focus, co-ordination, and self control. These students typically train 1 or 2 nights per week.
Beginner (novice) classes are for ages 8 and up, and are available from Monday to Thursday evenings. We teach self-defense skills and karate technique alongside life skills that will help build self-confidence and lower stress and anxiety.
During your 4 weeks of classes you can choose to come out from once a week to 4X per week - whatever works best for you! The majority of students train 2 or 3 nights per week.
