Our beginner program helps develop fitness, life skills, and self-defense training. This family oriented program is for ages 7 to adult, and parents can safely participate in karate; a great way to promote family bonding!

These classes are for our yellow belt to blue stripe belt students who continue to persevere on their journey to black belt.

Blue belts and up continue their work towards black belt and our black belt students continue to progress towards future dan rankings.

Private lessons can be for individuals who need flexibility in scheduling, families with children of different age groups (imagine the convenience of being able to bring all the kids to ONE karate program), or for students who who want to make faster progress through the belt ranks. Private lessons students can also choose a group class from the schedule to attend.
