our Summer Program
Classes continuing through the summer!
In Listowel we have a summer session running on Wednesday evenings.
July 6th to August 31st, $110+HST/student
5:45pm - All Belts, Ages 4 to 6 1/2
6:30pm - All Belts, Ages 7 to 11
7:15pm - All Belts, Ages 12 to Adult
Kinderkick classes for ages 4 to 6 1/2. Our kinderkick students practice drills to build focus, co-ordination, and self control.
Beginner (novice) classes are for ages 7 and up. We teach self-defense skills and karate technique alongside life skills that will help build self-confidence and lower stress and anxiety.
* In our Tavistock location we will be taking the summer off and returning in September.
