How to Register

Submit Your Registration

You can register for up to 3 divisions for $45 (ex. kata, self-defense, and chanbara). If you normally only compete in 1 or 2 divisions, why not be a little adventurous and try something new?

Pick out your divisions

We have kata (forms), weapons, self defense, sparring, chanbara (padded sword), belt sparring (flag catch),  AND parakarate divisions available.

All styles, all belt levels and all ages are welcome to compete.

Registration is $45 for up to 3 divisions. If you would like to add a 4th division it is an additional $15.
Is your instructor collecting your form and payment? Please be sure to include your phone number and/or email so we can confirm with you that we've received your information.

It's important that your registration form gets filled out accurately! Please give current contact information so we can send you your start times after registration closes.

You can register your spectators in advance! The spectator fee is for anyone who isn't a competitor or volunteer. Spectators are $10 (kids 5 and under and adults 60+ are free).

1- Email "shihan@promarkarate.ca" and attach your completed registration form, or

2- Go to the form at the bottom of the page and submit your completed registration form
Don't forget to put the competitor name and number of spectators in the message section of your e-transfer.

Etransfers can be sent to "shihan@promarkarate.ca". No password should be necessary - if it asks for one, double check the spelling. Common errors are promer vs promar and .com vs .ca.
