We will Send You an Email or Text to Arrange Your First Lesson

Within 1-2 days of your registration we will send you an email and/or a text to confirm enrollment, send you the schedule, and get a time set up for you to come try out your first free lesson.

After Confirmation, Please Join us for your first lesson

Please arrive at your first lesson a couple of minutes early so you can fill out the waiver form.

Students should come wearing clothing they're comfortable moving and kicking in.

The Listowel dojo is located at 190 Mitchell Rd S, Listowel, and is in between Dairy Queen and Speedy Auto Glass. Parking is along the side of the building next door to Dairy Queen.

The Elmira dojo is located at 10 Church St W, Elmira (main intersection is the lights at Arthur and Church). We are between RBC and Anytime Fitness.
