Step 1: Download the registration form

Step 2: Fill it out and email it to Shihan Mark Yates at “shihan@promarkarate.ca” OR scroll down and submit it using our form.

Note: Please give us accurate contact information, as we will be sending division times out before the event. 

Step 3: After submitting your form please e-transfer your registration fee of $45 per competitor (additional $15 if you add a 4th division) + the spectator fee to “shihan@promarkarate.ca”. No password should be necessary.

Step 4: We will confirm registration within 2 business days. If you have not heard back from us, please check in to confirm we’ve received your registration.
